Domino's rewards its high achievers
Domino’s is handpicking its best performing franchisers and offering them the opportunity to open multiple outlets. With the expert support and backing of the pizza giant Domino’s behind them, the best performing managers are given a great chance at expanding their venture.
Head of Franchise Development Andy Hirst explained the reason behind this move saying “If a franchise owner has proven skills operating one store, then it makes sense that they apply their experience to further units.”
Due to the network nature of the business it’s vital that as many good quality Domino’s Pizza outlets are spread around the country to raise the brand’s profile and to gain more revenue. Franchisers with proven track records are a safer bet in these gloomy economic times as opposed to newcomers to the company.
As many as 60% of existing Domino’s Pizza franchisers own more than one outlet with a further 40% listed as having at least 3 separate units. The future success of the Domino’s Pizza brand rests on the shoulders of these successful franchisers. By harnessing the strengths of existing franchisers it is hoped the company will further expand and galvanize its position within the fast food industry.
